With All My Soul - Rachel Vincent *Genre* YA Paranormal*Rating* 4*My Thoughts*With All My Soul is one of the better final novels of a series that I've read in a very long time. I can honestly say that I loved each and every single one of the characters which included Kaylee, Tod, Nash, Emma, Sabina, and yes even spoiled brat cousin Sophie which shocks even me by saying so. Of course there were others like Harmony, Brandon, and Luca who all played their parts as well. I even liked Ira, the hellion that Kaylee bargains with to save her friends and family from Avarice when the chips are down, and the walls are closing in on her.The ending was tissue worthy as well. I enjoyed the way Kaylee finally figured out a way to finally defeat her nemesis at expense of her own soul and sanity yet she could have gone about it in a different manner like. (Note: I'm sure there will be PLENTY of complaints about Kaylee's return and how she's seems to be totally fine and not suffering any long term affects of her time in the Netherworld. But, please pay attention to Ira's participation in saving Kaylee's sanity.)I loved the way Tod poured his heart out to Kaylee in every way imaginable. So many awesome quotes that this review would be three times as long had I copied and pasted them all. I loved the fact that Kaylee came to terms in her own way with Nash and Sabina's relationship and Nash finally understood what Tod did for him in order for him to live and reconciled with Tod.Have I said how much I adore Tod?"Some day soon, reaper, your mouth is going to be the source of your own destruction.""That does seem likely, doesn’t it?" Tod glanced at me and shrugged. "Until then, it remains a source of my own amusement."If you haven't figured out why the book is called With All My Soul, you missed the point of the book and a very important ingredient in defeating Avarice once and forever.Yes, there are some things that I really wanted to scream at, namely Kaylee's failure to talk things over with her friends, especially Emma, and continue to put not only herself but others in harm's way with her lies and deception. Another beef of mine was the way Kaylee continued to open her mouth and spill secrets that weren't her's to tell. Published March 26th 2013 by Harlequin Teen
